Truck Settings:
Turn the kingpin lower nut with a 17mm wrench in a clockwise direction to tighten the cushions, or in a counter-clockwise direction to loosen them.
Control and maintenance:
It is advisable to check the status of the various components each time the product is used. In particular, it is advisable to carefully ascertain:
the plate is securely attached to the boot
the king-pins are securely fastened to the plate
the cushions are in good condition (not cracking, chipping, etc.)
the pivot pin is inserted into its bush with a light pressure
the wheels and lock nuts are in good condition
the proper roll of the bearings
the toestops are in good condition, well-positioned, and clean
